For most residential projects, the design is part of the overall estimate rather than a separate paid phase. We sketch out the plan while we're already at your property for the quote. Larger or more involved designs may be scoped separately, which we'll tell you up front.

Yes, most of what we design is a renovation of something already there, not a blank lot. We'll tell you honestly what's worth keeping and what's better replaced.
